The State Procession of Queen Victoria, 9th November 1837, a silk scroll depicting the order of the carriages and their military accompaniment for Her Majesty's first official procession into the City of London since her accession in June 1837, travelling from Buckingham Palace to The Guildhall for a reception with the Lord Mayor, the scroll with blue lettering and crest within a scrolling orange/pink border and a blue silk frill, some discolouration and a stain to the crest but generally good condition, 115cm long, 32cm wide exc. frill.
