An antique style opal and diamond Pendant / Brooch, the starburst cluster set seventeen circular cabochon crystal opals, the largest central stone 6.2mm diameter, all mounted in 14k yellow gold with eight diamond accents, with a pear shaped opal drop suspended below, 7.4mm long, the reverse marked 'KGJ 14k' (for Kurt Goldschmidt Jewelers), 4cm long, total weight 14.5g.
Provenance: Bonhams Los Angeles sale 30th June 2020, Ex-collection of Gloria Manney, opal origin assessed as Coober Pedy, South Australia.
