Chilcotts offers several types of Valuations: Appraisal of items for sale by Auction, certificated valuations for Probate, and detailed inventories for Insurance and Family Division. We are mindful of the fact that our Valuation services are often sought at difficult times for the people concerned, and we carry them out with sensitivity and respect. Chilcotts is flexible in its approach, working in accordance with our Clients’ specifications. A Collection and/or full House Clearance Service is available as part of our Valuation and Probate service, if required.
